The Resume Foundry provides resume review, resume rewrite, and related career support services.

All services are provided digitally and delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.

No Guarantee of Employment or Outcomes

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, compensation increases, or employment outcomes
• Resume effectiveness depends on many factors beyond our control, including job market conditions, employer preferences, and applicant qualifications
• Our services are advisory and informational only.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies solely to the quality of the service provided and does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You own or have the right to use any content you submit (including resume materials)
• You will not submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content
• You are solely responsible for the final use and submission of your resume.

Payments and Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Full payment is required before services are delivered unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect completed purchases.

Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with our services.

If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• You contact us at support@theresumefoundry.com within 14 days of delivery
• You provide a brief explanation of your concerns
• You allow us at least one reasonable revision attempt to address the issue

If you remain unsatisfied after the revision attempt, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons unrelated to the quality of the delivered work, including changes in personal circumstances or job search outcomes.

Turnaround Times

Any stated turnaround times are estimates only and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to workload, incomplete information, or circumstances outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All materials on the Website, including text, branding, and original content, are owned by or licensed to The Resume Foundry.

You retain ownership of your original resume content. By submitting materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

Confidentiality

We treat resumes and submitted materials as confidential and will not intentionally share them with third parties except as required to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Our total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim
